Due to the perishable and farm-fresh nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will work with customers to resolve legitimate issues.

Perishable Products:

Our products (including mushrooms, produce, and other farm goods) are perishable.

  • We do not accept returns of perishable items

  • We are not responsible for spoilage after:

    • Delivery

    • Pickup

    • Missed or delayed pickup by the customer

  • Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after receiving products.

Conditions for refund or replacement:

We may offer a refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Products arrived damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery

  • Your order is missing items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

All purchases made at farmers markets are final sale. Please inspect products at the time of purchase.

Claim Requirements:

To request a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup

  • Provide:

    • Order details

    • Description of the issue

    • Photo evidence (if applicable)

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Refund Process:

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
