1. Product Freshness & Quality

As our microgreens are a living, perishable product, we guarantee they are harvested at the peak of freshness. Upon delivery or pickup, it is the customer's responsibility to refrigerate the greens immediately (recommended between 34-40°F) to maintain quality.

2. Ordering & Subscription

• Order Lead Time: Due to our sustainable, "grow-to-order" process, please allow 10–14 days for your specific tray to reach maturity before delivery.

• Cancellations: Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time; however, changes must be made at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled harvest to avoid being charged for that cycle.

3. Delivery & Pickup

We currently offer local delivery and designated pickup points. While we strive for perfection, we are not responsible for product degradation if a delivery is left unattended for more than 1 hour in extreme weather conditions.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our greens, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the product, and we will happily provide a replacement or credit toward your next order.

5. Health Disclaimer

While our microgreens are grown using organic practices and are exceptionally nutrient-dense, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Always wash your greens lightly before consumption.
